Description Responsibilities: Collaborate with Design & Sales to establish exact needs from estimating on each project Produce accurate estimates for rental, custom production, flooring & graphic items Work with established vendors for 3rd party pricing on all outsourced elements Approve contracts for projects estimated, checking for accuracy Work with Design and Sales to confirm rental reservations are done and accurate for all rental projects Update specific material costs as needed & communicate with estimating team in a timely manner Participate in CAD launch meetings estimated, as well as Cost Tracker & Workload Capacity meetings Assist as needed with the ongoing management of E3D rental components in estimates Requirements Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where “Time is of the Essence” Ability to work long hours and weekends if & when necessary Detail oriented and a self-starter Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work effectively on a team or individually Reliable & Efficient Skills: Knowledge and experience in Excel & Word extremely helpful Excellent grammar skills required Knowledge of typical trade show standards (i.e., fabrication, materials, timelines and requirements) Clear & concise communication skills Please note that as part of our hiring process, all final candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive background check. Responsibilities
