JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring both profitability and compliance with client requirements. This role demands strong analytical skills, advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of fit-out works, vendor sourcing, and market pricing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in estimation within the fit-out or interior contracting sector.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of local market pricing, suppliers, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per mont

• Prepare BOQs, detailed cost estimates, and tender documentation for fit-out projects.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Source, compare, and evaluate vendor/supplier quotations for materials and subcontractor works.
• Apply advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, etc.) to streamline estimation and reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to align costings with project scope.
• Maintain and regularly update cost databases for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Validate technical drawings to ensure accurate coverage of project scope.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
