QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong skills in reading blueprints, preparing estimates, and analyzing project requirements
• Experience in cost estimating, resource determination, and providing detailed bid proposals
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and computer skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with site/earth work, civil work, and concrete structures is necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
