Circon Constructions is seeking an estimator to join their growing department.
We tender commercial projects ranging from education, local government, supermarkets, private and medical hubs.

Our inhouse estimating system has proven results and full training is provided. The ideal candidate to join our team will have: -

• Prior Commercial Construction Knowledge
• Building and Construction Education
• A willingness to learn
• Be highly motivated and organized
• Be able to manage multiple tenders, once trained
• Work with in a team and complete task independently

Your tasks will include

• An initial review of each new project
• Requesting quotes
• Reading the required specifications
• Complete an estimate and tender letter for review
• Address all addendums as they are submitted
• Address/discuss all tender clarifications
• Assist with handover to construction

Pay: $65,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
