JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial, retail, residential, and MEP fit-out projects. This role requires strong knowledge of fit-out works, joinery, finishes, and MEP systems, and the ability to deliver competitive and precise estimates that ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ UAE/Middle East experience as an estimator in an interior fit-out company.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of fit-out finishes, joinery, and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Candy, CCS, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to estimate costs for fit-out and MEP works (labour, materials, equipment).
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Prepare and submit bids and proposals for fit-out projects.
  • Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying variances and maintaining budgets.
  • Maintain an updated cost database for materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labour.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and validate pricing.
  • Attend project meetings to provide input on estimating, value engineering, and cost planning.
  • Support preparation of variation orders and cost impact assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local authority regulations.
