This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator for Accident Vehicles located in Dubai. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing cost estimates for repairs, and ensuring accuracy in all estimates. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, insurance companies, and auto repair technicians, documenting findings, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in vehicle damage assessment and cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and parts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting findings and preparing estimates
• Previous experience in an automotive repair or insurance industry is a plus
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in automotive technology or a related field
