Medium size painting company seeks an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE of painting & wall covering industry.
Responsibilities:
- Quantity Take-offs.
- Review of Tender documents & drawings and Addendums.
- Project Co-ordination.
- Review of Site Instructions & Change orders.
- Liaise with suppliers, architects & designers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in high rise residential construction.
- Strong computer skills and organizational skills.
- Estimating experience is a must.
