Fish Window Cleaning is Hiring! We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Window Cleaning Estimator. Our team enjoys working in a friendly atmosphere with flexible hours. We work no evening hours, weekends or holidays! If this sounds like a good fit for you, apply to join our window cleaning team today! Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm Pay per hour: $18-30 per hour Pay is a combination of base rate + commissions. Job Responsibilities Acquire new business through street bidding and follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales. Travel to locations including Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas Write up estimates by hand or through Fish mobile app. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to meet. Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone. Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
