JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing project costs and providing accurate estimates to ensure effective budget management. The successful candidate would also be required to meet with potential new clients to discuss what we would be able to offer and then get on there tender lists for future projects. This role is crucial in supporting our project teams and ensuring that all financial aspects are thoroughly evaluated.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in cost estimation within the construction or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cost control principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using estimation software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in cost calculations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered in the estimation process.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly to team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about delivering precise estimations and contributing to successful project outcomes to apply for this exciting opportunity.
