Our head office is searching for an Estimator.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous estimating experience within the ICI construction sector is required, including experience with estimating and quantity survey software.
• A thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, divisions, and industry standards.
• Self-motivated and resourceful with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with owners, peers and industry representatives.
• Extensive knowledge of key principles involved in bid preparation, including quantity take-off procedures, trade contractor procurement, pricing and bid closing procedures.
• The ability to leverage industry relationships for a competitive advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.

  The successful candidate will work from the head office in Perth, ON with the potential for hybrid working conditions.

  Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
