As a company driven by innovation, safety, and strong partnerships, we’re looking for a highly experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in our continued success.
The Opportunity: Design & Construct Electrical Estimator
As an Estimator, you’ll lead the charge in preparing detailed and competitive Design & Construct tenders for major commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging from $500K to $10M.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and interpret project documentation, plans, and specifications to define scope
  • Collaborate with the Design Team and external engineers to assess load demands and cable sizing
  • Develop infrastructure, switchboards, Distribution Boards, and final sub-circuit designs
  • Ensure compliance with lighting and emergency lighting standards
  • Evaluate timelines, site risks, and client-specific requirements
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment using SimPRO, GroundPlan, AGI-32, and MS Office
  • Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Align tender strategies with the Design Manager and ECI Manager
  • Attend site visits and pre-construction meetings
  • Ensure all submissions comply with Australian codes, client specs, and safety regulations
  • Maintain detailed records of estimates, changes, and communications

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience estimating commercial projects from $500K–$10M
  • Electrical trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Expertise in SimPRO, GroundPlan, AGI-32, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Construction White Card and a current Australian driver’s licence
