JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in assessing project costs and providing accurate estimates that align with our financial goals. This position requires a strong understanding of cost control and the ability to analyse various factors influencing project expenses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in the use of Excel and Word packages and be a self driven individual.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using estimation software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Estimator who is eager to contribute to our team’s success while ensuring precise project costing and effective financial management.
