QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in advertising, or estimating
• Strong knowledge of advertising formats and media pricing structures
• Excellent Excel and math skills; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

• Analyze client briefs and create detailed advertising cost estimates
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to gather accurate pricing for services
• Track vendor pricing and maintain up-to-date cost databases
• Ensure all estimates comply with profit margins and budget constraints
• Prepare proposal documents and support sales presentations
