JOB SUMMARY
As an Estimator at Hill & Wilkinson, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of large commercial projects, valued between $10 million and $100 million. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and developing comprehensive bid proposals. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure all costs are accounted for. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying potential cost savings and minimizing project risks. This position requires a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
