QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and project pricing in the GCC market.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
