CIVIL & EARTHWORK ESTIMATOR

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Earthwork Estimator to join our team. The role involves preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates for civil works, excavation, shoring, piling, demolition, bulk earthworks, and associated site preparation projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in civil/earthworks estimating.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, shoring, piling, demolition, and bulk earthworks.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and earthwork projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
• Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.
• Prepare and submit tenders on time.
• Assist with project handover to operations team.
