A respected, owner-led general contractor in Hopewell, VA is hiring a Construction Estimator to support a growing portfolio of civic, commercial, and historic preservation projects. Our work includes town halls, schools, public facilities, and private-sector builds—and we’re known for doing things right, not fast.

• Develop detailed cost estimates
• Attend site visits and client meetings to ensure scope clarity
• Assist with submittals and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to gather accurate pricing
• Analyze plans, specs, and RFPs for bid preparation
• Track project costs and contribute to post-bid evaluations
