A reputable fitout company is looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to navigate specifications and plans
• Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and building codes/regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with joinery-specific estimation software or CAD is required.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a joinery estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Professional certification in estimating is a plus.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Joinery: 2 years (Required)

• Prepares and estimates budget costs for joinery/construction by studying plans and specifications.
• Studying documentation, meeting with clients, and inspecting the construction site to fully understand what work is required.
• Prepare comprehensive and well-organized cost estimates, including breakdowns of labor and material costs, for review by project managers and clients.
• Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors.
• Assessing the risk levels associated with a project.
• Work closely with project managers,and designers.
