Job Title: Estimator / Jr. Project Manager – Pipeline & Nitrogen Services
Summary of Position: The Estimator / Jr. Project Manager will work with operations personnel and the Company’s Senior Project Manager in the development of job estimates and proposals for pipeline services, including hydrotesting, cleaning, nitrogen services and related field work. While direct experience in hydrotesting or pipeline cleaning is ideal, we welcome candidates with a foundation in industrial services, mechanical systems, or project estimation who are eager to learn and grow in this specialized space.
This position requires a balance of analytical skills, a desire to develop a strong operational understanding of the services that the Company offers, and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate. You’ll play a key role in turning customer RFQs into accurate, competitive bids and help shape the messaging of the services we deliver.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· 1-2 years of experience in estimating, project engineering, or operations within industrial services, mechanical contracting, or energy sectors.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings, job specs, and scopes of work.
· High attention to detail and strong numerical / analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and roles.
· Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn internal estimating or cost tracking systems.
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

· Estimating & Proposal Development
o Review and analyze RFQs to fully understand client requirements and project scope.
o Collaborate with internal teams to prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and pricing strategies.
o Work directly with clients during the estimating phase to clarify scope, propose value-added solutions, and secure project awards.
· Project Planning
o Collaborate with operations and business development personnel in the planning of pipeline service-related projects.
o Learn to develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.
o Submit finalized project schedules and deliverables to clients for approval.
· Client Relationship Management
o Foster strong relationships with clients during the estimating phase of the projects.
o Ensure clear, consistent communication regarding project scope, potential changes, risks, and deliverables.
· Financial Oversight & Change Management
o Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance from start to finish.
o Track expenditures and labor, identify variances, and communicate with operations personnel when issues are identified.
· Pre-Job & Close-Out Activities
o Participate in project close-out meetings to review project performance, financial results, and opportunities for improvement.
· Develop Technical Understanding
o Work with Company operations and project management personnel to gain and develop knowledge of online separation, filtration, flaring, nitrogen services, and piping systems.
