We are currently searching for a quality and detail-oriented individual to lead our Estimating department Duties shall include but not limited to: Prepare Estimates for review: Download plans – Take off plans – Enter into Estimate program – Create Proposal Manage Project Specifics: Manage & Track vendor quote requests, job correspondence, timelines Submit Project Proposals to Clients: Prepare Project Proposals and submit to clients with detailed information pertaining to the specific project Communicate project goals and track communication with clients. Manage Estimating Calendar: Manage project due dates – Keep estimating team on track for due date Assist with Submittal Process: Assist Project Management Team with Submittal process and coordinate project budgets Contracts: Participate in the Contract review process with clients and provide feedback on project scope. Assist with the review of Contract Scope to ensure it is project specific and that all items are covered.
