DESCRIPTION:

About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can confidently liaise with builders, contractors, suppliers, and architects. You will be responsible for submitting timely and accurate tenders, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key accountabilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations by the tender deadlines.
  • Identify and share new project opportunities with Account Managers.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure quotes align with project plans and specifications.
  • Respond promptly to tender and quotation inquiries.
  • Help grow LSC’s profile within the building industry.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

What you will bring

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A background in the building hardware industry (preferred).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of the Building Code of Australia (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
  • Confident computer and systems knowledge.
