JOB SUMMARY

Brooklyn Millwork is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to lead our estimating team in the millwork/construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and management, with expertise in cost control and contract negotiation. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate project estimates that align with our company’s financial goals and project timelines.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Proficiency in HeavyBid and Bluebeam software is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with cost control measures and best practices within the construction industry.
• Experience working on construction sites is a plus, providing practical insights into project execution.
