The opportunity We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Estimator looking to take the next step in their career. This key role will be a crucial part of our successful Dunedin pre-construction team, where you will be involved with the divisions bid preparation and post tender negotiations. To be successful in this role you will have a commercial construction background, be commercially astute and be able to demonstrate your ability to produce high quality tenders at the right price and risk profile. Key attributes for this position include the following: A strong and proven commercial construction background in preconstruction or quantity surveying Proven experience with estimating software Exceptional time management skills Excellent negotiation abilities and a talent for building business relationships The ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels Leadership skills to drive and coordinate successful tender bids A team-oriented mindset, taking personal ownership and responsibility for results This is a permanent position with genuine potential for career advancement within a growing and dynamic organisation.
