Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Estimator Qatar Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contractor invoices, ABMS (Activity-Based Management System) data, appendices, and related financial documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project budgets and deliverables. What You'll Be Doing: Reviewing contractor invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Analyzing ABMS data and appendices to validate invoice details and ensure alignment with project budgets and deliverables. Conducting quality checks on invoices and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies or errors. Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure proper documentation and timely processing of invoices. Preparing detailed cost estimates and forecasts for projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives. Assisting in the preparation and review of financial reports, including cost analysis and budget tracking. Coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve invoice-related issues. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial guidelines. Maintaining accurate records of all reviewed invoices, estimates, and related financial documentation. Contributing to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of invoice review and cost estimation. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10 years of experience in cost estimation, invoice review, and financial analysis. Strong understanding of contractor invoicing processes, ABMS, and financial documentation. Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cost estimation and financial management. A strong background in cost estimation, invoice review, and financial analysis, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience in reviewing and validating complex contractor invoices and appendices. Familiarity with quality control processes for financial documentation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of financial compliance and auditing standards. Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other financial management tools. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data effectively.
