This is a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact mission-critical ship repair projects. What You’ll Do Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and technical proposals for ship repair projects. Read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and technical manuals. Participate in collaborative estimating processes and bid reviews. Attend ship inspections and support business development efforts. Work closely with all departments to determine material and manpower requirements. Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, on-site work environment. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in marine or industrial industries. Shipyard experience preferred; knowledge of Navy ships and prior military experience a plus. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree highly recommended. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. U.S. citizen with legal right to work in the U.S. Able to obtain TWIC and DBIDS credentials. Pass post-offer drug screening and background check. Valid Hawaii REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (or U.S. Passport + Hawaii license). Reliable transportation.
