JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Estimator who can combine technical expertise with strong project oversight. This role is critical in ensuring accurate estimates, smooth project execution, and excellent communication with clients, builders, suppliers, and senior management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate electrical estimates for residential and commercial projects
  • Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and profitable completion
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior management throughout all project phases
  • Conduct site evaluations to determine project scope and requirements
  • Solicit bids and pricing from builders and suppliers ensure competitive material pricing and timely delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and code compliance support to field staff
  • Assist with project management oversight for larger scale jobs, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
  • Track and report job costing, budgets, and change order management
  • Maintain clear documentation of al quotes, awarded jobs, and project changes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in electrical project management, estimating, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
  • Electrical Trade Certification ( Journeyman or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with computers, estimating software, and project management tools
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
