JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment. This is a new role created to support the company’s continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders for projects ranging from £500k to £2.5m.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in estimating, ideally within the high-end residential or refurbishment sector
• Proven experience preparing tenders for full construction projects of similar value
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tight deadlines
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
