Responsibilities

The Estimator and Project Engineer is responsible for reviewing project enquiries, identifying risks, and preparing estimates and proposals to secure profitable work. They also plan and oversee project delivery to meet technical, safety, quality, and environmental standards while achieving commercial and productivity goals.
This role includes authority to direct on-site activities and may be based in the office or on-site, depending on project needs. The position requires the ability to manage multiple or complex projects simultaneously.
Collaborating with the leadership team, you will be a hands-on Estimator and Project Engineer, working as part of a team delivering geotechnical natural hazard mitigation projects across the infrastructure and mining sectors. These include slope stabilisation and ground engineering projects of varying complexity. Building on a strong portfolio of long-term clients, your goal is to contribute to a culture of innovation, best-practice, and gold-standard customer focus.
Salary: Competitive Salary package $110-120K & Super.
