Looking for experienced project manager that has skills necessary for accurate project development and estimating. A degree is preferred but sufficient background will be considered.
You will be asked to review project plans, assemble accurate take offs from said plans, then coordinate with suppliers to assemble cost estimates. Once information is assembled you will assist in assembling required bonds, insurance, permits, and licensing required to perform these jobs. Then fill out bid forms and submit for approval. The majority of our work load is civil construction, including storm water management, Swppp monitoring, underground utility, demolition, and site work.
Experience with construction connect, Adobe PDF, word/spreadsheet, and Autocad is required.
The position is currently part time but could become full time depending on how involved in operations i would need u to be. You may at times be asked to come to job site and collect operational data, document material usage/ time for billing, and clock how muct time is spent on tasks to use for future estimating. Most projects are local to grand island area.
This job can mostly be performed from your personal home office and is flexable hours as long as deadlines for submittals are met.
Performance will be based on Accuracy and bidding success. Good performance may be eligible for bonus and commission based pay.
For an interview, you will be given 2 projects. One project previously bid and one upcoming project. Your accuracy to these projects will in part determine eligibility for hire.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
