We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role is designed for someone who is eager to grow within the company, take on responsibility, and establish themselves as a core member of our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in commercial interior renovation estimation (North America).
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and job sequencing.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including essay writing.

Preferred / Assets:

  • Post-secondary education in construction-related fields (architecture, engineering, construction management, etc).
  • Previous hands-on construction experience.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian.

Responsibilities

Estimating (60-70%)

  • Conduct takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Support tendering and bidding processes.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Apply strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing in preparing estimates.

Project Management Assistance (30-40%)

  • Provide support to Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks.
  • Assist in communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Support daily project operations where needed.
