JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/ Project Manager to lead our estimating team and oversee the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, customer service and project management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate pricing and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data related to costs and pricing.
  • Experience in project management within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with contracts, cost control measures, and pricing strategies in a construction context.
  • Previous experience working on construction sites is beneficial for understanding project dynamics.
