POSITION VACANT – ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER

You will be joining a business celebrating 30 years on the Sunshine Coast. With 2 factory locations, in Cooroy and Rosemount, delivering engineering and steel fabrication services to all industries a variety of work is guaranteed. Specialising in steel fabrication for the construction industry we also have a machine shop and sheet metal workshop.

Continued growth means we have a vacancy for a estimator/projectmanager to join our team. The diversity of projects will give you great experience. Some of the tasks you will learn are:
· Completing take offs, bills of quantity and measurements
· Prepare variations accurately and efficiently
· Obtain and review pricing and quotes from suppliers
· Assist the Senior estimator to submit estimates and tenders for submission
· Identify alternate design and construction methods
· Accurate and timely distribution of documents
· Understand and apply the scope of contracts to a tender
