SUMMARY

We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager based in the UK to support our estimating team and ensure accurate project assessments. This role is crucial in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality bespoke joinery solutions while providing opportunities for future management roles.

• Oversee the estimating process for projects and enquiries.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and production teams to ensure accuracy
• Procurement of materials for delivering of project.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Train and mentor junior estimators within the team
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in estimating within the joinery or construction industry
• Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required
