THE ROLE

As our Estimator / Project Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our projects from the first enquiry through to completion. You’ll produce accurate cost estimates, help win exciting new work, and co-ordinate project delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time and on budget.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same , from interpreting technical drawings to visiting client sites, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring our delivery team has everything they need to succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for laboratory, office, and commercial projects.
• Liaise with trusted suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource co-ordination.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress, reporting variances proactively.
• Maintain and update project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Co-ordinate with clients, contractors, and our internal team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Attend site visits and client meetings as needed.
