Description: The Estimator will support the development of competitive and accurate cost estimates for fabricated equipment and piping systems, including review of specifications, co-ordinate and work with sales engineering design inputs, collaborate across departments and work under experienced mentors to build your knowledge and experience in the EPF sector. Key Responsibilities: * Review Mechanical Flow Sheets and scope of supply and prepare master summary list utilizing Propak’s Lot / Split system. * Prepare material and labor estimates for vessels, exchangers, and piping systems using standardized in-house tools * Perform takeoffs for valves and instrumentation, source competitive pricing from suppliers * Reviews, queries, and understands the scope of work, specifications, and standards. * Attends fabrication estimates reviews with Management when required. * Participate in estimate reviews with management on large projects Qualifications: * A diploma in engineering technology (or engineering degree) with emphasis in mechanical /chemical/ engineering; OR An experienced Industry Journeyman Trade Professional, OR drafting design experience along with directly related EPC fabrication experience will be considered. * Training is available as required to enhance competencies as an Estimator.
