SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 to 3 years experience in interior design - Joinery works
• Experience using CAD (Computer -aided Design)
• CAD +T, Winner, IMOS
• Knowledge of Kitchen Walldrobe Designs
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Job Description

• Analyze project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Prepare cost analysis
• Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and submit competitive bids for new projects in coordination with the sales and project management teams.
• Recommend cost-saving solutions and alternatives without compromising on quality or design intent

Extra Allowances
Salary - 3k to 6k AED per month
The company will provide accommodation and transportation.
