Description:
ESTIMATOR/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR - JOINERY
- Accurately calculate the costs of the joinery projects by analyzing project blueprints, specifications and other related documents.
- Determine the quantity and cost of materials required for projects. Estimate labor costs for the projects.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services required for joinery projects.
- Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate terms to ensure cost -effective solutions.
- Assist with the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a joinery estimator in UAE is a must.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Valid UAE Driving license is a must.
