ESTIMATOR/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR - JOINERY

• Accurately calculate the costs of the joinery projects by analyzing project blueprints, specifications and other related documents.
• Determine the quantity and cost of materials required for projects. Estimate labor costs for the projects.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services required for joinery projects.
• Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate terms to ensure cost -effective solutions.
• Assist with the preparation of tender documents and proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a joinery estimator in UAE is a must.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Valid UAE Driving license is a must.
