Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Sandwell, permanent, £50,000 - £60,000 plus package. Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with project experience in refurbishment or fit out projects ?
You could be an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more development or someone who needs progression and a new challenge. We are happy to look at all levels of Estimator’s / Quantity Surveyor’s. You could be an Assistant Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more progression or a stand alone Quantity Surveyor / Estimator who wants more responsibility
A dynamic and forward thinking regional contractor have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their flag ship office in sandwell
This contractor is growing at a rapid rate. If you are ambitious, career minded and want to be a lead Quantity Surveyor / Estimator whilst other Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Estimator are still making the tea then call New Way recruit.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their fit out division on projects up to £5m in value. The Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will assist commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment that primarily covers refurbishment projects.

  • Track record working for a reputable contractor
  • Assuming full commercial responsibility
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator is essential
Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle, identifying potential savings and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to evaluate project specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
