JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of tenders/quotations together with managing project costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost control methods.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and financial management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
