Job Title: Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing precise cost estimates and tender submissions across a range of construction projects. You’ll collaborate with various teams to interpret project requirements, determine resource needs, and forecast project expenses, playing a key role in both securing contracts and ensuring budget adherence.

KEY DUTIES:

• Compile comprehensive cost estimates for upcoming construction work
• Calculate required materials, labour, and timeframes
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documents
• Liaise with project leads, technical teams, and subcontractors
• Maintain up-to-date cost databases and pricing benchmarks
• Ensure bid documentation is timely, complete, and competitive
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments impacting costing
