Architectural Roofing & Wall Cladding has been operating for the past 31 years. A specialist in high-end design, manufacture and installation of copper, zinc and aluminium products, we are now in the market for a Junior to Intermediate Estimator to join our team.

As the Estimator, your key responsibilities would be estimating commercial and residential roofing & cladding jobs up to $500,000.00. Projects will be predominantly in non-ferrous copper, zinc, and aluminium building systems.

Below is a list of accountabilities and duties, but not limited to:

• Producing accurate take-offs and cost estimations
• Preparation of bids and tenders
• Assist the Chief Estimator on larger tenders
• Act on new leads and pricing requests
• Working with internal and external stakeholders and sub-contractors
