Superior Asphalt Paving Co. is looking for an Sales Representative/Estimator to join our team.

In the winter our business converts from creation to removal. We provide snow and ice removal services for over 200 commercial and industrial properties. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Must have valid driver’s licence
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional time-management skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly
• Thrives in a busy, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to read and create diagrams
• Strong math skills
• Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to grasp potential issues and problem solve
• AutoCAD experience an asset
• Knowledge of paving industry an asset
• Must have the ablity to stand/walk for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 50lbs.

• Meet with new or established clients on site
• Identify and meet client’s needs and requirements
• Prepare and process accurate estimates in a timely manner
• Communicate and market directly to new and existing clients
• Attend networking events
• Manage projects as necessary
• Supervise snow removal sites in winter months
• Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules
