OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our site development contracting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction estimating and be proficient with HCSS HeavyBid software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in site development/civil construction.
• Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid required.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Prepare accurate bids for grading, utilities, paving, and curb & gutter.
• Use HCSS HeavyBid to develop estimates and proposals.
• Review plans, specs, and bid documents to determine scope of work.
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure bid accuracy.
