Our client, a leading civils and utilities contractor, is seeking an Estimator for an exciting water project in collaboration with Irish Water, based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be working on a significant water project, focusing on accurate cost estimation and budgeting. The preferred candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience working in the Civils industry and have experience within the Civil/Construction sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various stages of the project.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update cost databases and records.
