JOB SUMMARY

We are a Mechanical & Electrical sub-contractor currently looking for an estimator to join our team. As a mechanical estimator, you will be working closely with our commercial manager bringing together prices for new build housing and retirement homes to enable a complete tender return.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing products, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Immediate start required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
