We’re a family-owned demolition company with a strong team culture and a passion for delivering high-quality service. We’re currently seeking a motivated & experienced Estimator to join our Project Management team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in cost estimation, job tracking, and project coordination, while working with people who care about your development.

As an Estimator, you’ll support the full project lifecycle - from bid to demo.

Key tasks include:

• Assisting with the review of tender documents, drawings, and specs to understand project scope
• Supporting cost estimating and proposal prep under the guidance of senior staff
• Tracking job progress, maintaining cost records, and managing timesheet data
• Assisting with pricing change orders and identifying cost adjustments
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to help keep projects on time and within budget
• Prospecting for new clients
