Location: Swindon
Salary: £37,000 - £47,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Flexible working: Hybrid (office & home)

As the client continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Estimator to help deliver exceptional value to their clients. You’ll play a key role in bringing projects to life - balancing precision, creativity, and commercial insight.

• Produce accurate, competitive, and clearly documented cost estimates.
• Apply value engineering to optimise project outcomes at handover.
• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable quoting processes to boost profitability.
• Proactively manage your workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Accurately integrate overheads into proposals for financial precision.
• Work closely with our Design team to create inspiring and commercially sound solutions.
• Support tender submissions to maximise win rates and drive revenue.
• Review and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotes to improve margins and reduce risk.
• Conduct site visits and surveys using our Matterport Scanner for accurate proposals.
