JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are recruiting for an Estimator to join a fast-growing team in the demolition and remediation sector. This role plays a critical part in the tendering process, preparing accurate estimates and supporting the successful delivery of new projects.

• Analyse tender documentation and assess scope
• Conduct site visits to inform pricing and methodology
• Liaise with CAD team to develop programmes
• Prepare cost estimates from first principles
• Obtain and assess subcontractor quotes
• Produce Bills of Quantities and preliminaries
• Collaborate in adjudication meetings and tender reviews
• Handover secured tenders to delivery teams
• Respond to post-tender queries
