📝 Job Description: Estimator (TogalAI) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project plans, performing accurate takeoffs, coordinating with vendors for pricing, and preparing comprehensive quotes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Review architectural and engineering plans to determine project scope and requirements. Perform material and quantity takeoffs using industry-standard methods. Utilize TogalAI or similar software tools to streamline takeoff processes (experience preferred). Reach out to vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services. Prepare, format, and submit detailed cost estimates and quotes in a timely manner. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. Maintain organized records of estimates, vendor communications, and pricing data. 🎯 Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, engineering, or a related industry. Hands-on experience with TogalAI or other digital takeoff/estimating software is highly desirable.
