Position: Estimator Location: Total Restoration Solutions – 101 W 7th Street Cincinnati OH 45202 Competitive Pay: $75-85,000 annually (based on experience) + incentive compensation Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, plus weekly on-call rotation What You’ll Do As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate job estimates, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between field crews and clients. Inspect fire, water, wind, and mold-damaged properties to assess repair, renovation, restoration and roofing needs Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using the Company’s estimating system and Xactimate Review job scopes, pricing, and timelines to ensure profitability On damage restoration jobs work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and property managers Actively market and generate new business leads to meet sales goals Maintain detailed project documentation, budgets, and job cost reports Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction Support production operations as needed to keep projects on schedule Who You Are You’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping clients rebuild after disaster strikes. You combine technical estimating expertise with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You are: Experienced in multi-family construction, restoration, or property repair environments with 4+ years experience Proficient in estimating construction projects and confident preparing detailed job bids Skilled at collaborating with property managers, and homeowners Organized, accurate, and driven to meet deadlines and budgets Excellent at balancing technical precision with outstanding customer service Ethical, dependable, and professional in every interaction Experienced in marketing or developing business relationships (a plus) Licensed with a valid driver’s license and insurance Why You’ll Love Towne Properties We’re more than a company - we’re a team.
